Q: HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR MY VERY SPECIAL, MADE TO ORDER DRESS ?
A: The production time takes 14-30 days from receiving the funds to forward the package to the courier. Every our dress we make specially for each client, in accordance with client's measurements and fabric choice.
Our production line works on the “first come, first served” basis. What it means in practice is at the time you order your dress, we would have been working on previous orders. What it also means is that the waiting time may be much shorter. It just all depends on the number of dresses being made at one given time. But don’t worry! We work very hard to make sure your dress is ready for you as quickly as possible♥
Q: DO YOU HAVE THE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?
A: Yes, we have the worldwide shipping. Our dresses already brought joy to you in the USA, Australia, UK, Canada, Italy, France, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Bahrain, Spain, Japan, Brazil♥
Q: CAN I CHOOSE THE DIFFERENT COLOR OR FABRIC TYPE?
A: Yes, sure♥ The color and fabric are optional. You can check our "Palette" section and choose the desirable color and fabric type.
Q: WHAT ABOUT THE CUSTOM DUTIES?
A: We are not responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes on foreign shipments.

These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. We do not know all customs rulles and rates of every country and do not include it into the items price♥

Attention: Custom items cannot be refunded (therefore all custom sizes, fabric and colors and alterations). Custom items cannot be resold by us and therefore cannot be refunded.
The right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely is not entitled to the Consumer in respect of contracts: in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy individual needs.
Which in this case means, for example: sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING FOR PACKAGES?
A: Yes, we will send an email notification, including tracking information when your package has shipped.
